IMPORTANT NOTE : As we all know to well .Last season fuel prices HIT record levels. I decided not to rise the rates during the season of 2007 to offset this unexpected increase. I have left the rates the same in 2007 as in 2006. However I AM FORCES IN 2008 TO RAISE RATES at present time fuel is at $3.05 per gallon on the water. If the fuel rises over $3.25 .I will automatically add a fuel surcharge of $30 to $50.00 per trip

Deposit Policy

A deposit of $500.00 for Weekend Saturday AM/PM & Sunday AM trips, $300.00 for Friday AM/ PM, $400.00 for Inshore Tuna/Shark trips & $300.00 for Weekday AM/PM trips is required to confirm your reservation.
The deposit must be received within 7 days of the
date the trip was booked.
If deposit is not received within 7 days, the trip is considered canceled.

Cancellation Policy

The captain determines all cancellations due to sea conditions. Charters cancelled due to weather, or for any reason beyond our control will be rescheduled. If rescheduling cannot be done, due to time, weather or schedule, deposit will carry over to the following year. Deposits may be applied to one or more of the other charter's which are offered. Deposits are non-refundable. If you call to rebook cancelled trip from previous season .An additional deposit may be required.

If charter group is not willing to show up when Captain suggests we show up on questionable weather days the charter will automatically forfeit there deposit NO QUESTION ASKED

As per USCG Zero Tolerance Law NO DRUGS PERMITTED ABOARD

No Glass Bottle's or Hard liquor will be allowed on board.

The Captain reserves the right to check bags for drugs or hard liquor brought aboard & has the rights to terminate trip, If the party gets unruly with NO REFUND

(A reasonable amount of beer or wine is permitted aboard)

Important Notice: NO HANDHELD GPS /LORAN UNITS ALLOWED ABOARD. THE CAPTAIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONFISCATE THE UNIT WITH NO RETURN. NO METAL TACKLE BOXES AND METAL COOLER'S WILL BE PERMITTED ABOARD THE BOAT
